Is there a voice in your head that asks,

"Will this time be the time it really works?"

 

I hear the frustration the in this question.  There are so many people who have been there, done that and still find they can not make it work long-term.  When we make the decision to commit to a healthy habit or full on diet we always have the best intentions.  Somehow real life seems to get in the way of our best intentions, leaving you wondering why does if feel like I am always failing?  We have families, we have jobs, we have so many things pulling us in all directions and our well intended plans get sabotaged.

There is no rule that says you must do burpees or must workout every day.
